The current Community Health Representation Program is limited in providing transportation to the nearest health facility, which is 32 miles away. The Indian Health Service Unit in Shawnee serves a majority of Seminole County residents, but referrals to hospitals are over 100 miles away. Oliver of Oliver and Parrish Septic Tank Company regarding Indian Health Service specifications for septic tank systems. Oliver and Parrish accused other contractors of not meeting the specifications and questioned why they did not receive contracts.
