- Description:
- Mr. James A. Clark, Jr. from the OEH Field Office in Oklahoma City received inquiries from Mr. J. E. Oliver of Oliver and Parrish Septic Tank Company regarding Indian Health Service specifications for septic tank systems. Oliver and Parrish accused other contractors of not meeting the specifications and questioned why they did not receive contracts. After investigating, it was found that Oliver and Parrish were not connected to the OEH work and the tanks in question did meet specifications.
