![["Senator Fred R. Harris wrote to Mr. Juan Martine, President of the Ramah Navajo School Board, enclosing a progress report from the Bureau of Indian Affairs regarding a new school project. Mr. Martine had previously contacted the Bureau about delays in the project. The Bureau reported that preliminary planning work had been done, including a water feasibility report and preparation of educational specifications. Additional funds would be needed from Congress to complete the design drawings, with construction expected to take several years.
