![["The Menominee Restoration Act extends federal recognition to the Menominee Tribe of Wisconsin and repeals the Termination Act of 1954. The Act also allows for the conduct of elections among tribe members on tribal constitution and bylaws, with certain provisions for adoption and election of a governing body.
