- Description:
- The National Indian Youth Council has announced that it has bought the State of Oklahoma from the whites and is opening it up for Indian settlement. They have established five boarding schools for white children to be sent to at the age of six, where they will not be allowed to practice their religions. The new commissioner of Caucasian Affairs has announced policies such as all courses being taught in Indian languages and medical care for whites being set up in various locations across the country. The fraternity system at Northeastern State College is criticized for promoting partying over brotherhood.
