She expressed concerns about unauthorized information being shared about her account and requested action be taken. In response, Fred R. Harris assured Mrs. Murdock that he had contacted the Bureau of Indian Affairs for a full report and would provide further information once available. Mrs. Murdock also mentioned a gas well on her property that pays a small dividend monthly, but she had not received the money she requested from her account since September 1965. The Bureau informed him that money was appropriated in Fiscal Year 1971 for planning new facilities at Riverside. They expressed hope for the project to be accelerated if more construction funds become available. Miss Julia Mahseet, a Comanche representative on the Riverside Advisory School Board, had previously appealed to Senator Harris for support in improving facilities at the school, citing critical needs for adequate dormitory space and academic facilities.
