The Division of Indian Health reviewed the situation and found that improvements had been made in screening procedures to adhere to eligibility criteria, resulting in some individuals being denied services. Mrs. Davis was advised to contact the Oklahoma Indian Health Area Office or the Medical Officer in Charge at the Lawton hospital for specific questions about eligibility requirements.
