The revised instructions focus on inspections for alleged violations likely to result in physical harm, in order to prioritize resources and protect employees. Changes include conducting inspections for violations threatening physical harm, revising response times for complaints, and eliminating the distinction between \"imminent danger\" and \"extremely serious\" conditions.
