![["Mrs. Annie L. Nelson of Madill, Oklahoma, had a dispute with the Ben Franklin Oil Company regarding a pipeline right-of-way across her land. The Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Five Civilized Tribes Agency were involved in the matter, and attempts were made to reach a settlement. Mrs. Nelson brought a lawsuit against the company, but it was resolved in favor of the company.
