The Tribal Government Development Program will fund projects such as training tribal council members, developing ordinances and constitutions, and improving budgetary processes. Each center will offer referral information, assistance, training sessions, and business development support. The Marland center has been chosen as one of the satellite centers, with programs focused on education development, work orientation, and home management.
