Despite efforts from the Bureau of Indian Affairs and National Archives, they were unable to locate the information she desired. Honorable Page Belcher, a Member of Congress, offered continued assistance but ultimately could not provide the information Mrs. Brett was seeking. The National Archives and Records Service also conducted a search but did not find any mention of the individuals Mrs. Brett was looking for in their records.
