<dcterms:description>The Inter-Tribal Council, Inc., representing eight tribes, has adopted a resolution in support of Senate Bill 2938 and House Bill 12835, known as the "Indian Health Bill", with the condition that any language in the bills that limits tribal or individual participation to those residing on reservations be removed. The Council believes that the federal government should pay attention to all Indians, not just those on reservations. The resolution has been signed by the President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Council, and copies have been forwarded to various legislators and organizations.</dcterms:description>
