<dcterms:description>Senator Monroney requested a sonic boom demonstration for the Oklahoma Press Association on behalf of Mr. Milton B. Garber. The Secretary of the Air Force confirmed that the demonstration will be conducted and arrangements will be made in the near future. The demonstration will allow convention delegates to experience various intensities of overpressures. The interest in this phenomenon has been heightened in Oklahoma due to recent tests conducted by the Federal Aviation Agency and the Air Force. Senator Monroney requested a commitment from the Air Force by May 6.</dcterms:description>
