Page Belcher requesting information on the status of her application for the removal of restrictions on certain lands in Richardson County, Nebraska. Page Belcher forwarded the letter to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, who then delegated the authority to approve the application to the Area Director in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Mrs. Fulks provided reasons for wanting the restrictions removed, including purchasing a home and residing on the land. She also mentioned her employment history and personal circumstances.
