- John B. Connally is a prominent lawyer and politician from Texas. He has served as Secretary of the Navy, Governor of Texas, and Secretary of the Treasury. He has also been involved in various business ventures and served on several boards and commissions. Connally was critically wounded during the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. He is married with three children and is a member of St. Luke's Methodist Church in Houston.
