- Chili Fish, Assistant Chief of the Seminole Tribe in Oklahoma, is inquiring about the possibility of securing a per capita payment for tribe members and sending a delegation to Washington. Senator Elmer Thomas is requesting information from the Indian Office in order to advise Chili Fish further on the matter. Chili Fish is also requesting Senator Thomas to sponsor a bill for the per capita payment and to provide information on the funds held by the Indian Bureau. Senator Thomas is considering the request and will advise on the advisability of sending a delegation to Washington.
