- Mrs. Pearl Sellers inquired about funds due to the Five Tribes Indians in a letter to Senator Thomas. Per capita payments are authorized for the Choctaw and Chickasaw tribes under the Act of February 14, 1920. The Act of June 19, 1934 provides for the payment of the Greek judgement fund to members of the Creek Tribe. The funds of the Seminoles can only be expended upon appropriations made by Congress.
