- Description:
- The letter is in response to a query about the title of the Indian Hospital being conveyed to the Government by the City of Tahlequah. While a favorable opinion on the title was given, further proof of the authority of the Mayor and City Council to execute the deed is required. This process is not holding up the work on the project, but it may take up to sixty days before a bid for the contract can be advertised and accepted. Senator Elmer Thomas assures continued efforts in support of the project.
