- Description:
- Mary Garrett Logan is writing to Mr. Schwabe in support of the Ramspeck Bill, which would exempt retired Federal employees from income tax on annuity payments. She believes that current living expenses are much higher than when retirement pensions were fixed, and $73.36 per month is not enough. She urges Mr. Schwabe to make an effort in favor of passing the bill and turning it into law.
