- Description:
- Mr. Charles F. Burns, an attorney from Miami, Oklahoma, wrote a letter to Honorable George Schwabe in Washington, D.C. requesting copies of Public Law 346 (G.I. Bill of Rights) and opinions of the General Solicitor of the Veterans Administration regarding guaranteed loans for veterans. Mr. Schwabe responded apologizing for not being available when Mr. Burns tried to contact him in Washington and enclosed the requested documents. Mr. Schwabe also offered further assistance if needed.
