Dix Camp No. 27 USWV, requested a copy of HR 4682 from Congressman George B. Schwabe. Schwabe complied with the request and encouraged Schonberger to contact other Congressmen to urge their support for the bill. Schonberger had heard that HR 4682 was a bill to pension veterans who served in the Spanish War, Philippine Insurrection, and Chica Relief Exped. for less than 70 days. Schwabe sent Schonberger a copy of the bill in response to his request.</dc:description></oai_dc:dc>
