- Mrs. Kathryn Klemme sent a telegram to George B. Schwabe requesting his support for H. R. 2071. Schwabe acknowledges receipt of the telegram and states that he is familiar with the bill and will appear before the Committee in support of the measure. He mentions that he has received numerous requests to appear before the Committee and that his position is understood by the boys in service in Tulsa. Schwabe appreciates the telegram from Klemme and offers his assistance in the future.
