- A letter was sent to Representative George B. Schwabe requesting that the draft age be raised to 20 and asking for a picture of the ship USS F. C. DAVIS DE-136. The document also expressed sympathy for the loss of their son in the war and requested assistance in obtaining a picture of the ship he was on.
