- Description:
- Mr. Dunkle wrote a letter to Honorable George B. Schwabe expressing concerns about the Office of Price Administration (OPA) and suggesting that it needs to be abolished. He also mentioned the need for rent ceilings on business buildings to prevent soaring rents. Mr. Dunkle's letter was received by Mr. Schwabe's secretary, who assured him that the letter would be brought to Mr. Schwabe's attention. Mr. Schwabe, who was recently appointed to the House Committee on Appropriations, is in agreement with Mr. Dunkle's views on the OPA and is pleased to have the opportunity to serve his district, state, and nation in this new role.
