- George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, is writing to Judge N. B. Johnson in Claremore, Oklahoma, enclosing a copy of H. R. 1198 currently before the House Committee on Indian Affairs. Schwabe is seeking feedback and input on the bill from Indian citizens in their district, including Judge Johnson, in order to bring out the best possible measure for the benefit of those concerned.
