- Mrs. Charley requested a copy of the Stigler Act approved in 1945 from Congressman Schwabe, but he was unavailable. The secretary, Mrs. Warren, spoke with Congressman Stigler who suggested sending a copy of Public Law 116 instead. Mrs. Warren is also obtaining a copy of Public Law 369, which may be the desired document. Schwabe's office is committed to providing services to the people of his district.
