- Mr. Smith, an attorney, requested extra copies of Public Law 116 (H.R. 2754) from Congressman Schwabe's office. Mrs. Warren, the Congressman's secretary, apologized for the delay in responding as the Congressman was on recess, but enclosed three extra copies of the law as requested.
