- Description:
- Mr. O.J. Lee, President of Local 386 National Federation of Federal Employees in Tulsa, Oklahoma, sent a wire to George B. Schwabe requesting support for the passage of bill S. 1415 to raise the pay of federal employees retroactively to January 1, 1946. Schwabe replied assuring Lee that he will give the matter his attention and that he has always been a friend to their group. Lee expressed appreciation for Schwabe's efforts in passing the bill.
