- Description:
- Mr. Franks contacted Mr. Schwabe for help with his application for a pick-up truck from the Office of Defense Transportation. Mr. Schwabe contacted the Tulsa office and was informed that the delay in approval was due to a quota of trucks over 9000 pounds being exhausted. He suggested that Mr. Franks apply for a light pick-up instead to avoid delays. Mr. Franks expressed his appreciation for Mr. Schwabe's assistance and the need for the pick-up in his work.
