- The document is a series of letters between Congressman George B. Schwabe and the Rural Electrification Administration regarding the request for electrical service in the community of Dennis, Oklahoma. The Congressman contacted the administration to assist in obtaining electricity for the community, and after investigations and discussions, arrangements were made for funds to be allocated for the construction of 17 miles of electric distribution line to serve 41 potential members. The administration assured the Congressman of their assistance and provided updates on the progress of the project.
