- Description:
- Mr. Milbourn wrote to Congressman Schwabe urging him to assist in allocating funds for the completion of United States Highway 60. Schwabe expressed doubts about Governor Kerr's ability to do so due to his ties with the New Deal Administration. He suggested that electing the right kind of Governor and filling local tickets with Republican candidates could help address the issue. Schwabe assured Milbourn of his willingness to help the people of his district.
