- Mr. L. L. Stryker, a furniture dealer from Vinita, Oklahoma, wrote to Honorable George Schwabe expressing concern about the OPA's attempt to squeeze retail merchants. Schwabe, in response, criticizes the OPA and the New Deal administration for their control programs and expresses his dedication to fighting against them. He also shares an incident where he exposed a bureau through the Congressional Record. Schwabe vows to continue fighting against the OPA and other bureaucratic controls.
