- Description:
- The document acknowledges receipt of a communication from Mayor Nelson regarding the War Mobilization and Reconversion Act. Procedures for municipalities in Oklahoma to obtain aid are still being formulated. The Division Engineer in charge of handling applications for the region including Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma is Mr. James Bradner. The Federal Works Agency will not announce procedures until funds are appropriated. Congressman Schwabe will keep Mayor Nelson informed of any progress on the matter.
