- Congressman Schwabe requested Mrs. Warren to obtain information, application forms, and methods of procedure for Mr. L. Gaffney to submit an application for a license to install and operate a radio broadcasting station in Pryor, Oklahoma. The information was obtained from Mr. Massing at the Federal Communication Commission and sent to Mr. Gaffney. Congressman Schwabe wanted the matter to be kept confidential and requested Mrs. Warren to provide any further assistance needed.
