- Mrs. Foster has expressed concerns about the sonic boom studies being conducted in Oklahoma City to the Federal Aviation Agency. The Agency promised to address complaints and pay damage claims. Civic leaders in Oklahoma City support the testing as it may benefit the development of aviation industries in Central Oklahoma.
