- Dad, an Indian man named Reid, wrote a letter to Riley Moore on September 18, 1963 regarding his daughter Barbara's scholarship to attend college in Edmond, Oklahoma. He contacted the Bureau of Indian Affairs Education Office, who advised that Barbara needs to make an application for the scholarship.
