- Description:
- Miss Roxie Plumlee wrote a letter to Fred R. Harris about the level of discipline at Fort Sill Indian School. Harris contacted officials at the Bureau of Indian Affairs who expressed interest in the situation and recommended that Plumlee speak with the Area Director, Leslie Towle. Harris advised Plumlee to have a conversation with Towle and share his advice with him. He also mentioned that he would like to know the outcome of the conversation.
