- Senator Fred R. Harris received a complaint about the Bureau of Indian Affairs causing Watonga and the State of Oklahoma to miss out on a corporation locating in Oklahoma. He checked into the matter and enclosed a report from the Bureau of Indian Affairs for Mr. Glenn Landes to review. Senator Harris expressed his concern and invited further communication if Mr. Landes was not satisfied with the report.
