The Bureau of Indian Affairs received a communication from Senator Fred R. Harris regarding a transaction between Mr. E. L. Upton and Mrs. Mable H. Sargent. The Bureau stated that the checks mentioned were not issued by the Anadarko Area Office and suggested that the Treasury Department be asked to identify the issuing office of the checks.
