- Description:
- The Comptroller of New York City, Harrison J. Goldin, is protesting the Office of Management and Budget's proposed revisions to Circular A-122, which would impose burdensome paperwork requirements on non-profit organizations. Goldin argues that these regulations would limit the activities of non-profit organizations and damage their relationship with municipalities. He believes that the regulations are vague and would hinder the important work that non-profits do in advocating for underserved groups. Goldin urges the OMB to reconsider and rescind the revisions to Circular A-122.
