- Description:
- Ruth E. Churchwell, an employee of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission for 13 years, is opposed to the proposed rules outlined under Part 29-15, 711C-13, regarding Employee's Fringe Benefits. She believes that the proposed rule would negatively impact employees and retirees who have contributed to paying their fringe benefits and life insurance. Churchwell argues that the cost of replacing these benefits individually would be too high, especially considering the low raises for Cost-of-Living. She believes that removing benefits from individuals who rely on them for family coverage would be detrimental and burdensome. Churchwell requests that the proposed regulation be withdrawn by the Department of Labor.
