- Description:
- Robert Davison, the General Manager of a grain facility in Oklahoma, is strongly opposed to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's proposal to establish a 4 milligram per cubic meter exposure level for wheat, oat, and barley dust. He argues that OSHA has not provided adequate scientific data to support this level and that it would be technically infeasible and costly for grain facilities to comply with. Davison urges OSHA to delete the proposed exposure limit.
