- Description:
- OSHA has lifted the partial stay on its records access rule to allow construction workers to inspect their toxic exposure and medical records. The decision was made after a review process and consideration of public comments. OSHA will continue to review the standard for possible modifications for the construction industry. The standard applies to all employers in general industry, maritime, and construction whose employees are exposed to toxic substances or harmful physical agents.
