- The document is a series of correspondence between Honorable Carl Albert and Happy Camp regarding Indian education programs. Happy Camp thanks Carl Albert for sharing a letter from constituents involved in the Pennsylvania State University Indian Principalship Training program, which includes suggestions for improving Indian education. The constituents suggest a more comprehensive adult education program in southeastern Oklahoma and turning Bureau of Indian Affairs schools over to recognized tribal councils. Carl Albert expresses appreciation for the suggestions and promises to consider them when education programs come before the Subcommittee on Indian Affairs.
