- The document consists of a series of correspondence between various individuals regarding the appointment of Thomas J. Ellison as the Area Director at the Muskogee Area Office of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The Choctaw-Chickasaw Alliance passed a resolution opposing his appointment and informed Governor Hall about their concerns. William B. Buxton, Administrative Assistant to the Governor, acknowledged receipt of the resolution and thanked David Gardner for keeping them informed.
