- Two construction projects are outlined in The document - one for a combined gymnasium and auditorium in Okfuskee County, and another for a public school building with an auditorium in Hughes County. Both projects involve grading and landscaping, as well as the operation of quarries to produce materials. Federal funds will not be used for royalties on materials extracted from quarries not owned by the sponsors. The projects are approved by the respective Boards of Education.
