- The Works Progress Administration projects for the 4th Congressional District of Oklahoma have been designated eligible by the President and are subject to review by the Comptroller General. These projects can be operated at the discretion of the State Works Progress Administrator, and further information can be obtained from the Oklahoma State Works Progress Administrator.
