Mr. McIntosh wrote to Congressman Page Belcher requesting a copy of the final rolls of the Five Civilized Tribes in Indian Territory prior to March 4, 1907. Belcher responded that the document is out of print, but a copy is available at the Bureau of Indian Affairs Area Office in Muskogee for viewing. Belcher apologized for not being able to obtain a copy for McIntosh.
