- Lyman L. Bryan is currently the Executive Vice President of the Oklahoma Development Council, overseeing all administrative duties and activities for the organization. Prior to this role, he has held various positions in community relations, public relations, and sales promotion for companies such as Chrysler Corporation and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He has a background in journalism and has written for various publications. He has received awards and honors for his work in public relations and community service. Bryan is a member of various professional organizations and has served in leadership roles in several of them. He is married with three children and is 32 years old.
