- Description:
- The University of Tulsa conducted a study on language deficiencies of American Indian children in Oklahoma in cooperation with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The study found that 86% of the children had language deficiencies and requested funding for a project at the Seneca Indian School to improve language capabilities. The final report includes procedures, findings, and recommendations for addressing communication problems among Indian children.
